Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.metmalawi.gov.mw:8091/SOURCES/.Malawi/.dekadal/.climatologies/.rfe_stddev/X+integral/X+differences/T+differences/dods')
